How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Medtroniic Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How your call or message to Medtroniic Concrete was handled
- How your personal information was used
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If a problem comes up with work at your home, begin by speaking with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. To be clear, Medtroniic Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@medtroniic.site and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
